The 25RIA120 is a glass-passivated reverse blocking Triode Thyristor/Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for medium power switching and phase control applications. The RIA series features new and improved glass passivation for high reliability and exceptional stability at high temperatures. It is a four-layer, unidirectional solid state current controlling device used where high power control is demanded. This product’s precise functionality makes it suitable for practical uses that range from lamp dimming regulators to controlling welding machines.
