The GV2ME08 is an enclosed motor circuit breaker equipped with thermal-magnetic trip technology. It features DIN rail mounting with options for vertical or horizontal installation. The device includes an under-voltage trip function, allowing it to trip if voltage is lost, and a shunt trip for remote operation. Lockable control with three padlocks ensures safety during maintenance. It has an IP20/IP04 protection rating conforming to IEC 60529, screw clamp terminals, and a breaking capacity of 3 kA at 690VAC (50/60Hz, IEC 60947-2). The thermal protection can be adjusted between 2.5 and 4A, with a magnetic tripping current of 51A. Power dissipation per pole is 2.5W, and it features pushbutton control with an operating rate of up to 25 cycles per hour. Suitable for industrial, motor drive and control, and safety applications, it operates within an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
