The Yageo CC series capacitors are Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCC) with Class 1, NP0 dielectric material used for general purpose applications. These capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric materials that contains number of interleaved metal electrodes. This structure gives rise to a high capacitance per unit volume. The inner electrodes are connected to the two end terminations and covered with a layer of plated tin (NiSn).

Capacitance value ranging from 0.22pF to 100nF

0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812 case sizes available

DC voltage rating of 16V to 50V

High temperature range of -55°C to 125°C

Temperature coefficient (TCR) of ±30ppm/°C

Nickel barrier end termination
