This conduit features a smooth interior for easier wire pulling, eliminating hazardous sharp edges and burrs to prevent damage to conductors. It is lightweight, reducing installation costs, and constructed with integral rigid and flexible PVC. Compatible with nylon Heyco-Flex Connectors—including straight, snap-in, and sweep types—as well as NPT Quick Twist fittings and Heyco metallic fittings for liquid-tight conduit in straight or 90° sweep configurations. It offers excellent resistance to corrosion, abrasion, oil, water, acids, metal shavings, and harsh environments, and can withstand abuse, pulls, and crushing. Approved for direct burial and sunlight resistant, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications such as HVAC equipment, machine tools, marine equipment, motors, controls, printing equipment, pumps, and refrigeration systems. Rated for 80°C (176°F) in dry conditions, 70°C (158°F) with oil resistance, and 60°C (140°F) in wet locations. It passes a submersion test at 70 psi and is rated for 600V. Mounting brackets are available for added convenience. For clean and even cutting of Heyco-Flex conduit and tubing, use Part No. 8340, HF-28 Cutting Tool.
