Thermally conductive adhesive transfer tape by 3M 8810 is a 10 mil, thermally stable industrial-grade tape designed to facilitate heat transfer from heat-generating components to heat sinks or cooling devices. It offers excellent thermal conductivity and provides electrical insulation between bonded surfaces. The tape features a pressure-sensitive adhesive that allows for bonding without the need for heat treatment. The standard size is 0.5 inches wide by 5 yards long, in white color, with a ceramic backing and filled acrylic polymer adhesive. Custom sizes and configurations are available upon request.
