The Model 6470-BKIT-150 Multi-Function Ground Resistance Tester Kit includes a versatile earth ground testing instrument along with essential accessories. The kit features two 150-foot color-coded leads on spools (red and blue), a 30-foot lead (green), T-shaped auxiliary ground electrodes, spaded lugs, a 100-foot tape measure, and a durable carrying bag. This device offers multiple measurement capabilities, including 4-point fall-of-potential for very low resistance testing with options for manual or automatic frequency selection and lead compensation, 3-point earth coupling tests, and soil resistivity measurements with automatic calculations of resistivity (Rho) using Wenner or Schlumberger methods. It also provides 2- and 4-wire DC resistance (bond) testing with automatic polarity reversal, earth fault detection, and resistance measurements of ground rods and grids. The tester supports test voltages of 16 or 32 volts with currents up to 250 mA, and features automatic recognition of electrodes, internal memory storage for up to 512 tests, and remote operation via USB with DataView® software.
