This general-purpose 1000 AAC current probe features a 1000:1 ratio with an output of 1 mA per ampere measured through the jaw. It includes a 5-foot (1.5 meters) lead terminated with shrouded banana plugs. The rounded jaw design allows for easy measurement around large conductors, making it ideal for power applications requiring high accuracy and low phase shift. The SR604 functions as a traditional current transformer with a ratio of 1000:1 and provides current outputs in mA/A, suitable for use with digital multimeters, power and harmonic meters, data loggers, recorders, or oscilloscopes. It supports measurement ranges from 100 mA to 1200 AAC and can accommodate conductors up to two 500 kcmil cables. The ergonomic design ensures ease of operation, and it conforms to EN 61010, 600V Category III safety standards. This probe is well-suited for power quality analysis, monitoring large industrial loads, measuring around cable bundles, and waveform analysis.
