The Airpax™ AP series are fully sealed, magnetic circuit protectors designed to combine power switching with accurate and reliable circuit protection. These protectors incorporate inverse time delays and a trip-free feature, ensuring safety and preventing continued circuit closure even when the handle is held in the ON position. Available in DC, 50/60Hz, or 400Hz versions, they can be tailored to specific application requirements. The AP series is suitable for communication, navigation, aircraft instrumentation, radar, and power supplies. The UP series, with UL and CSA certification, offers similar functionality and is approved for operation at various voltage and current levels. For petrochemical applications, an optional FM approval is available. The AP-MIL protectors, produced to MIL-PRF-39019, undergo rigorous testing to maintain their Qualified Products Listing (QPL).
