The SOLISTRAND series terminals and splices are designed to deliver superior performance for terminating solid and stranded wires or irregular-shaped conductors. These connectors are engineered to ensure reliable and consistent quality by matching the terminal to the appropriate crimping tool. They offer excellent resistance to corrosion and vibrations, along with high tensile strength that meets commercial standards. The product range includes various types such as terminals, parallel and butt splices, flat rings, spades, hooks, and flanged tongue terminals, available in multiple sizes. Features include internal dimples or serrations in the wire barrel for optimal tensile strength and electrical contact. The terminals have a brazed seam for uniform metal strength around the barrel and to prevent pinched wires. The W crimp design provides excellent electrical performance and enhanced tensile strength. A bell mouth at the barrel entrance facilitates easier wire insertion. These terminals are rated for a maximum temperature of 170°C and are suitable for applications in power management, motor drive and control, communications and networking, consumer electronics, logistics, and industrial sectors.
