EcoGen EcoCable Mini is a recyclable and halogen-free cable developed by Alpha Wire to meet the demand for smaller, lighter 300V cables. Featuring mPPE insulation and jacketing, it offers significant advantages in application, being 32% smaller and 44% lighter than standard PVC cables, while delivering better performance and minimal environmental impact. The cable's reduced size and weight facilitate easier routing and installation, saving time during both manufacturing and maintenance. It is suitable for power and signal transmission in medical devices and other applications where space and weight are critical. The cable boasts up to 92% lower outgassing compared to PVC control cables, reducing corrosion and contamination risks. It has a bend radius up to ten times its diameter, contains no halogens, phthalates, or heavy metals, and employs finely stranded tinned copper conductors for excellent flexibility. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, it holds multiple certifications including UL AWM 21460, UL VW-1, CSA I A/B FT1, CE, RoHS, REACH, and WEEE compliance.
