EcoGen EcoCable Mini is a recyclable, halogen-free cable designed by Alpha Wire to meet the needs for smaller, lighter 300V cables. It features mPPE insulation and jacket that are 32% more compact and 44% lighter than standard PVC cables, offering better performance with minimal environmental impact. The cable reduces size and weight for easier routing and installation, saving time during production and maintenance. It is ideal for power and signal transmission in medical devices and applications where space and weight are critical. The cable boasts up to 92% lower outgassing than PVC control cables, decreasing corrosion and contamination. It has a 10x bend radius and contains no halogens, phthalates, or heavy metals. The highly flexible, finely stranded tinned copper conductors operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. It holds multiple approvals including UL AWM 21460, UL VW-1, CSA I A/B FT1, CE, RoHS, REACH, and WEEE compliance.
