The FIT®-600 F60011/4 BK008 from Alpha Wire is a black heat shrink tubing made of chlorinated polyolefin. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio and offers excellent flexibility compared to standard XLPO, along with twice the tensile strength of silicone rubber. This tubing is resistant to oil, heat, and abrasion, making it suitable for protecting and sealing wire terminations, providing mechanical ruggedness, and maintaining an attractive appearance for OEM equipment and industrial, maintenance, repair, and safety applications. It has a maximum operating temperature of 121°C, with full recovery at 130°C, and is flame retardant (UL VW-1). The dielectric strength is 300 V/mil, and it meets AMS-DTL-23053/1 Class 1 and 2 standards, with a tensile strength of 1500 psi (10.34 N/mm²).
