The FIT®-600 F6001IN BK008 from Alpha Wire is a black heat shrink tubing made of chlorinated polyolefin. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio, offering increased flexibility compared to standard XLPO and twice the tensile strength of silicone rubber. This tubing is resistant to oil, heat, and abrasion, making it ideal for protecting and sealing wire terminations, as well as enhancing mechanical durability. It operates within a temperature range of -75°C to 121°C, with full recovery at 130°C. The tubing also has a dielectric strength of 300 V/mil, is flame retardant (UL VW-1), and meets AMS-DTL-23053/1 Class 1 and 2 standards. Suitable for industrial, maintenance, repair, and safety applications.
