The connector is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III straight plug with 13 contacts, manufactured by Amphenol. It features a durable aluminum alloy body with olive drab chromate over cadmium plating, and copper alloy crimp pin contacts with gold plating for reliable connectivity. Designed for high-performance applications, it offers excellent EMI and RFI shielding, moisture and corrosion resistance, and can withstand extreme temperatures from -65°C to +200°C. The connector is scoop-proof to prevent contact damage, has a self-locking triple-start threaded coupling system, and IP67 environmental protection. It supports up to 500 mating cycles, with high durability versions available allowing 1500 cycles, and maintains a minimum insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ at 500VDC.
