The 31-2318 is a TNC series RF connector featuring a straight crimp jack design with gold-plated brass contacts. The body is made of brass with a nickel-plated finish, and it uses a PTFE insulator. This miniature, weatherproof connector has a threaded coupling mechanism to ensure secure connection even in vibration-intensive environments. It maintains a constant impedance of 50 ohms and operates effectively within a frequency range up to 3 GHz. Designed for compatibility with cables such as LMR-100, M17/119-RG174, RG-174, RG-188, RG-188A, and RG-316, it is suitable for a wide range of RF applications including communications, industrial systems, wireless networks, defense, military, aerospace, sensing, instrumentation, and communication networks. Features include bulkhead rear mounting, durable construction, a minimum insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ, a peak voltage rating of 500V, and the capacity for 500 mating cycles.
