The 2565B is a four-channel, 100 MHz digital storage oscilloscope from the 2560B series. It features a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and a high waveform update rate of 120,000 waveforms per second, enabling the capture of infrequent glitches with excellent signal fidelity. The device includes a logic analyzer and decoding software that supports 16 additional digital channels and serial bus decoding for I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, and LIN protocols. It offers an extensive set of features to enhance productivity, such as trigger zones, waveform recording, pass/fail limit testing, and automatic measurements. Additional capabilities include frequency response visualization with Bode plots, power analysis for switching power supplies, and an onboard 50 MHz DDS waveform generator that can output sine, square, ramp, pulse, noise, DC, and arbitrary waveforms. Specification highlights include a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s, record length of 200 million points, history/sequence mode with up to 90,000 frames, 10-bit vertical resolution mode, advanced triggers, 2 Mpts FFT analysis, high-speed pass/fail testing with custom masking, and remote control via built-in web server. The kit includes the oscilloscope, four passive probes, power cord, USB cable, and a calibration certificate.
