The Bourns 2036-09-B3LF is a miniature 3-pole gas discharge tube designed for transient voltage suppression in a variety of applications. Its balanced Mini-TRIGARD™ construction provides reliable protection, while its compact size (5mm diameter, 7.5mm long) makes it suitable for space-constrained designs. Available in RoHS compliant versions, this GDT is ideal for use in telecommunications, industrial electronics, commercial electronics, consumer electronics, and automotive applications. An optional switch-grade fail-short device is available to provide a high conductive path to ground in case of thermal overload.
