This is a 150 mm long, 6 mm wide, and 6 mm high sintered copper heat pipe designed for efficient thermal transfer. It features low thermal resistance, making it suitable for transporting heat from a hot source to a heat exchanger. The heat pipe can be integrated into a block and equipped with a finned structure or heat sink for effective heat dissipation. Its thermal performance has been tested at a working temperature of approximately 70°C, in a horizontal orientation, with a 15 mm evaporator section and a 60 mm condenser section. Common applications include industrial heat management systems.
