The 157-23B200 is a General Purpose Relay with silver cadmium oxide contacts and 3PDT contact configuration. An interlocked frame and contact block prevent contact misalignment during plug-in. Open or dust covered available with indicator lamps and push-to-operate buttons. A magnetic latching version provides unique switchable core which cannot be falsely latched. The type 157 relay provide through air spacing of 3/16-inch minimum and over-surface spacing of 3/8-inch minimum and is recognized for 1/2HP motor controller applications at 240/480/600VAC (1/3HP at 120VAC). Chassis mounted open relays must employ 1/32-inch additional insulation between mounting surface and relay to insure 1/2-inch over-surface and through air to the mounting surface.
