Cornell Dubilier's MCM series capacitors are multilayer, high-power, high-temperature mica and PTFE capacitors engineered for demanding applications requiring low inductance at high frequencies. These capacitors can operate at temperatures up to 200°C and voltages up to 1000 Vdc. They offer a range of configurations for easy mounting, including surface mount, through-hole, and mechanical assembly options. The use of polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) in low-capacitance ratings provides ultra-low dielectric absorption, surpassing polypropylene, polystyrene, and NPO ceramic. These capacitors are suitable for RF power amplifiers, lasers, mobile radio, plasma generators, MRI coils, and RF medical equipment.
