The C-Series hydraulic-magnetic circuit breakers are designed for applications requiring higher current and voltage ratings in a compact size. They are available with 1 to 6 poles, from 0.02 to 100 amps, and are UL Recognized for up to 480VAC or 150VDC and UL489 Listed for up to 240VAC or 125VDC. These breakers feature a unique arc chute design allowing interrupting capacities up to 10,000 amps. Constructed with thermoset glass-filled polyester half shells, they offer enhanced mechanical and electrical durability. The wiping contacts, combined with mechanical linkage and two-step actuation, ensure reliable contact cleaning, high contact pressure, and extended contact life. They can be fitted with various terminal options, including American or metric threaded studs and saddle clamp screws. An optional mid-trip handle provides visual overload indication, with or without an alarm feature. This model includes an auxiliary/alarm switch without auxiliary switch, operates at 50/60Hz, has a medium delay setting, and a current rating of 20 amperes.
