The 82100 is a disposable ESD mat designed as a sacrificial surface to protect more expensive work areas from damage caused by conformal coatings, solder fluxes, or other contaminants. Made from 100% recyclable, dissipative impregnated material, it features an internal conductive layer that prevents static charge buildup and controls discharge from all conductors, including electrostatic sensitive components. The mat can be grounded by placing it on an already grounded ESD work surface. Key features include high voltage discharge resistance, static shielding, and antistat transfer properties. Suitable for applications requiring static protection during handling or assembly of electronic components.
