The Dialight 515-1063F is a 2.5mm round Optopipe™ optical light pipe designed for use in bi-level SMT indicator applications. This light pipe features an 8-array configuration and is constructed from high transmissivity polycarbonate material, rated UL94V-0. It is suitable for high-density arrays with a minimum pitch of 0.120 inches and can be secured to the PCB using press-fit pins. The Optopipe™ can also function well as a single-level array, and custom solutions are available from Dialight to meet specific application requirements. The SMT LEDs are mounted in a straight line under the rear of the part on an 0.180" pitch.
