The ZXT13P12DE6 is a SuperSOT4™ PNP silicon low saturation switching transistor. It features a 4th generation ultra-low saturation design that utilizes the Zetex matrix structure combined with advanced assembly techniques to achieve extremely low on-state losses. This makes it ideal for high-efficiency, low-voltage switching applications. The transistor offers extremely low equivalent ON-resistance and saturation voltage, with hFE characterized up to 15A. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Typical applications include power management, motor drive and control, and industrial systems.
