Split glands are designed for application after the cable has passed through the LTCG (Liquid Tight Conduit Gland). They are suitable for cables such as RJ45 with Cat5e termination. To install, pass the cable through the LTCG body, attach the split gland to the cable, and insert the assembly into the LTCG fingers. Tighten the sealing nut to create a liquid-tight seal. These glands are approved for use in NEMA 4, 4X, 6, and 6P environments. An integral sealing ring provides a reliable seal at the mounting hole or threaded entry point.
