It supports a wide range of approved cable diameters, optimized for IP68 sealing performance. The gland is rated for NEMA 4, 4X, 6, and 6P applications, making it suitable for harsh environments. Its ratchet design of the sealing nut provides excellent anti-vibration protection and a secure grip on the cable, while Acme threads on the body prevent skipping and facilitate quick installation. Constructed entirely from nylon with a Buna N sealing gland, it resists saltwater, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. The product is available in multiple sizes to accommodate flexible cord diameters from 0.065 inches (1.7 mm) to 1.730 inches (44.0 mm). Unassembled nylon locknuts are included.
