The MICRO SWITCH™ fully potted HDLS is designed for harsh environments, providing enhanced protection by sealing the switch cavity with epoxy. Similar to the standard HDLS but fully encapsulated, these switches are prewired with cable or connectors and feature a metal-stamped replacement head that resists washing off. They include an all-metal drive train, twin fluorocarbon shaft seals, and corrosion-resistant components such as a Type 303 stainless steel shaft and an epoxy finish. The switch offers reliable, maintenance-free operation with no adjustments required over its lifespan. Optional indicators include 120 Vac neon or 24 V LED. The design also supports a variety of operating heads and fluorocarbon diaphragm seals.
