The 1414PHJ6 is a continuous hinge door enclosure designed for industrial applications. It features a clamped cover and offers protection against dust, dirt, oil, and water, with a NEMA-12 and NEMA-13 rating. Constructed from 16 or 14 gauge steel, the enclosure has smooth, fully welded seams without knockouts or cut-outs. It includes welded mounting brackets for secure installation, a seamless poured-in-place gasket for sealing, and stainless steel clamps with plated steel screws to secure the cover. The enclosure is phosphatized and finished with an ANSI 61 grey powder coating, with a removable inner panel in white powder coating. Internal threaded weld studs are provided for mounting internal components, along with a bonding and grounding stud for electrical safety. Suitable for instrument enclosures, control housings, and electrical junction boxes, offering durable protection in industrial environments.
