The Hammond EN4SD24128LG is an Eclipse series wall-mount enclosure made from mild steel. It features a phosphatized finish and a coated powder surface inside and out with RAL7035 textured light gray color. Designed to enclose electrical and electronic equipment, it provides protection in harsh, industrial environments. The enclosure includes a lockable, quarter-turn latch with a multi-point handle, both made from zinc die cast with a black epoxy finish. It complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4, 12 and IEC 60529 IP66 standards, and is listed under UL 508 Type 3R, 4, 12 and CSA Type 3R, 4, 12. Dimensions are 24 inches by 12 inches by 8 inches. Constructed from 16-gauge formed steel with seamless poured-in-place gasket and smooth, welded seams. Features include door stiffeners for strength, a formed lip to prevent ingress of liquids and contaminants, easily removable and interchangeable doors, stainless steel hinges and hinge pins, bonding and grounding studs, and collar studs for inner panel mounting. The package includes the enclosure and hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers.
