The N1A24167 is a mild steel wall-mount enclosure designed for indoor use to house controls, instruments, and components that do not require oil-tight or dust-tight protection. It features a removable inner panel made from 12 or 14 AWG gauge steel, mounted on collar studs at the rear. The enclosure door is secured with a slotted quarter-turn latch, with larger units (30 inches and above) equipped with two latches. A bonding stud is provided on the door, and a grounding stud is included in the enclosure for safety. The enclosure and door are finished with ANSI 61 grey powder coating, while the inner panel has a white powder coating. It offers an IP20 and NEMA-1 protection rating, formed and spot-welded from steel, with the door mounted on slip hinges. Mounting holes are available in the rear, and 12 AWG units feature a piano hinge for added durability. Suitable for industrial applications.
