Harwin's Gecko Screw-Lok (G125 series) connectors are compact, dual-row interconnect solutions designed for high-reliability applications where space is limited. They feature mate-before-lock jackscrews for quick assembly, with a miniature design that offers performance comparable to larger connectors like Micro-D, but with reduced weight and size. Each contact can handle up to 2A electrically (or 2.8A per individual contact), making them suitable for various demanding environments. The connectors incorporate a four-finger patented contact design ensuring stability under vibration and shock, and they have an extended operating temperature range from -65°C to +150°C. They are rated for 1,000 mating cycles, exhibit low outgassing properties, and include keyway polarization to prevent mis-mating. Potting wall housings are marked for easy visual inspection. These connectors are ideal for use in automation, electric vehicle charging, avionics, industrial systems, renewable energy, robotics, telecommunications, and agricultural equipment.
