The IR2125PBF is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with integrated over-current protection circuitry. Utilizing proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technology, it features a rugged monolithic design. The device's logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL levels, down to 2.5V. Its output driver includes a high pulse current buffer for minimal cross-conduction. The protection circuitry detects over-current conditions in the driven transistor and limits the gate drive voltage accordingly.
