The 600-3001 is a cleanroom facemask designed with ear loops, constructed from polymer ES material, suitable for strict cleanroom environments. It features a polymer outer and inner facial layer, with a melt-blown polypropylene filter center layer, and a metal strip with a coated nose piece for secure fitting. The mask's hypoallergenic, soft surface layers help prevent skin irritation and allergies. Ultrasonic bonding minimizes contamination and outgassing. The mask is extra-wide at 210 mm, providing maximum facial coverage and reducing exposed skin. The ear loops can be customized as either ear-loop or head-loop configurations, made of silicone-free, lint-free blue polyurethane, ensuring ultra-low lint and contamination levels. It is a 3-ply mask, double-bagged for cleanliness, suitable for safety and industrial applications.
