The Keithley 2010 CAL DU is a low-noise, 7.5-digit autoranging multimeter designed for precision measurements in production testing. It offers high resolution, fast response, and accuracy suitable for analyzing sensors, transducers, converters, regulators, and switches. Equipped with 15 measurement functions, including DC and AC voltage and current, resistance (including dry circuit and low power modes), temperature (using thermocouples or RTDs), frequency, period, ratio, continuity, and diode testing. It features advanced resistance measurement capabilities such as dry circuit testing and offset compensation, along with a built-in ratio measurement, GPIB and RS-232 interfaces, and a 10-channel scanner. The multimeter operates within a voltage range of 100 mV to 1000 V DC, resistance from 10 ohms to 100 MΩ, AC voltage from 100 mV to 750 V RMS, DC current from 10 μA to 3 A, and AC current from 1 μA to 3 A RMS. It covers frequency ranges from 3 Hz to 500 kHz and temperature from -200°C to 760°C. The device is suitable for various test and measurement applications, supports multiple power inputs, and includes safety and operating precautions.
