The 33500B Series waveform generators provide standard functions such as modulation, sweep, and burst, along with advanced features for enhanced flexibility. They include an intuitive front-panel interface for easy operation and built-in LAN, USB, and GPIB interfaces for remote control and waveform transfer. The model offers a 20 MHz, dual-channel output with independent control of leading and trailing edge times, dual channel coupling (including frequency and amplitude, both equal and inverted), and adjustable start phase and phase shift between channels. It supports summing two signals with independent frequency and amplitude settings, including 2-tone, square-sine, and noise on pulse. The instrument features a voltage range down to 1 mV peak-to-peak, a significant improvement, and allows setting high and low voltage limits to protect DUTs. Additionally, it provides standard PRBS patterns from PN7 to PN23, with adjustable bit rate and edge time. Suitable for applications in sensing and instrumentation, signal processing, and test and measurement.
