The Keysight 33520B CAL is a calibrated waveform generator from the 33500B series, capable of producing signals up to 30 MHz across two channels. It features Trueform technology, which provides high-fidelity, arbitrary waveforms with reduced jitter, better signal integrity, and greater resolution compared to traditional DDS generators. The instrument supports various modes including continuous, modulation, frequency sweep, burst, and output gating, as well as amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM), phase modulation (PM), frequency-shift keying (FSK), binary phase-shift keying (BPSK), pulse-width modulation (PWM), and sum modulation. It generates a wide range of waveforms such as sine, square, pulse, ramp, triangle, Gaussian noise, PRBS, and DC, with frequency ranges from microHz to several tens of MHz.
