This compact and cost-effective bench-top single-channel precision source/measure unit is suitable for a wide range of IV (current versus voltage) measurement tasks requiring high resolution and accuracy. It offers the ability to source and measure both voltage and current, with a user-friendly front panel featuring a 4.3-inch color LCD display. The device supports both graphical and numerical display modes, with a digitizing capability of 10 microseconds. It can be controlled via PC using dedicated software, allowing remote measurements without programming. Compatible with standard SCPI and default commands, it includes multiple interfaces such as USB 2.0, LAN, GPIB, and digital I/O. Additional features include arbitrary waveform generation and digitizing from 20 microseconds interval, as well as integrated four-quadrant sourcing and measurement.
