The 84-4 is a snap-on I-style battery strap with an ABS base and nickel-plated brass contacts. Constructed from high-impact molded plastic with integrated wire lead strain relief, it insulates and shields the contacts of a 9V battery snap connector. Designed to ensure safe and secure connection, it helps prevent short circuits and tampering with the battery contacts. Suitable for rugged applications, it also protects circuits from unintended discharge, dust, dirt, and physical damage. The assembly includes #26 AWG, tinned wires with UL/CSA 1007 certification, featuring a 0.187 inch (4.8 mm) end strip, with red and black leads, each approximately 4 inches long.
