The 84-6 is a snap-on mount I-style battery strap with an ABS base and nickel-plated brass contacts. Constructed from high-impact molded plastic with an integrated wire lead strain relief, it insulates and protects the 9V battery snap-on connector contacts. Designed to ensure safe and secure usage, it reduces the risk of short circuits and prevents tampering with battery contacts. Suitable for rugged applications, it also shields circuits from unwanted electrical discharge caused by unintended grounding and protects battery contacts from dust, dirt, and physical damage.
