The DG403CJ+ from Maxim Integrated Products is a dual high-speed, low on-resistance SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) analog switch enclosed in a 16-pin DIP package. It features low charge injection of up to 15 pC and minimal off leakage current below 5 nA at +85°C. The device is fabricated with a 44V silicon gate process, offering fast switching times—maximum 150 ns for turn-on and 100 ns for turn-off—with power consumption of up to 35 µW. It supports rail-to-rail signal handling, is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels, and operates over a supply voltage range of 10V to 30V (±4.5V to ±20V). Its typical drain-to-source on-resistance is 45 ohms at 25°C, with a resistance match between channels of 2 ohms and flatness within 3 ohms. It provides a break-before-make delay of 20 ns, off isolation of 72 dB, and crosstalk of 90 dB at 1 MHz, making it suitable for various applications including sample and hold circuits, guidance and control systems, communication systems, battery-powered devices, military radios, test equipment, heads-up displays, audio signal routing, and PABX systems.
