The DG419LDY+ is a precision SPDT CMOS analogue switch in 8 pin NSOIC package. This switch is +3V logic compatible when powered from ±15V or ±12V supplies. It conducts equally well in either direction and has low charge injection of 2.5pC with single +12V supply and low power consumption. The DG419L offers low off leakage current over temperature (less than 5nA at +85°C) and has power supply sequencing free operation. Switching times are less than 175ns for tON and less than 185ns for tOFF. The digital input has a +0.8V logic low threshold and +2V logic high threshold ensuring +3V TTL and CMOS logic compatibility. The device is used in sample and hold circuits, test equipments, guidance and control systems, battery operated systems, military radios, PBX and PABX systems.




Supply voltage range from 9V to 36V, ±4.5V to ±20V

Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C

One normally closed switch and one normally open switch

Plug-in upgrade for industry standard DG419 and MAX319 devices

Break before make delay of 30ns at TA = +25°C (single +12V supply)

Maximum on-resistance of 100 ohm at TA = +25°C (single +12V supply)

Rail to rail analogue signal handling capability
