Polyimide film combined with silicone adhesive designed for high-temperature masking applications. Ideal for protecting the gold fingers of PCBs during wave soldering or solder dips, as well as for release surfaces in parts fabricated at elevated temperatures. Widely used for electrical insulation on transformers, motors, coils, and PCBs. The film is thin and conformable, allowing masking of uneven surfaces, and supports a wide operating temperature range up to 500°F. It offers excellent electrical insulation and can be removed cleanly without leaving adhesive residue after exposure to heat or chemicals. Meets UL-94V0 safety standard. The polyimide film has a thickness of 2.0 mil, with a total thickness of 3.5 mil.
