It converts an input voltage range from 6V to 16V to a regulated output voltage adjustable between 0.8V and 5.5V using an external resistor. The module provides a maximum continuous output current of 8A when soldered onto a motherboard, and up to 6A in standalone operation. It offers high efficiency of up to 95%, making it suitable for various power supply applications.
