The MIC4426/4427/4428 are dual low-side MOSFET drivers fabricated on a BiCMOS/DMOS process, providing low power consumption and high efficiency. These drivers translate TTL or CMOS input logic levels to output voltage levels, swinging within 25mV of the positive supply or ground. They can withstand reverse current and noise spikes, making them suitable for driving power MOSFETs, heavily loaded clock lines, coaxial cables, or piezoelectric transducers. Primarily intended for driving power MOSFETs, these drivers are a pin-compatible replacement for MIC426/427/428 and MIC1426/1427/1428.
