The USB3503A-1-GL-TR is a high-speed USB 2.0 hub controller featuring HSIC upstream connectivity and three downstream ports. Designed for mobile embedded applications, it supports low-speed, full-speed, and high-speed devices on all enabled downstream ports. The device is optimized for battery-powered systems, with reduced pin count, minimized standby power consumption, and reference clock inputs suitable for mobile applications. Integrated power regulators simplify integration into portable devices, and all necessary resistors for USB port termination and pull-downs are embedded, reducing component count. Additional features include support for single or multi-transaction translator configurations, configurable port mapping and disable sequencing, differential intra-pair signal swapping, programmable transceiver drive strength (PHYBoost™), adjustable receiver sensitivity, internal low-power modes, short circuit protection, and ESD protection on D+/D- pins.
