The E32-DC200 is a plastic fiber-optic reflective sensor equipped with an M6 screw. It is designed to detect small, fast-moving objects in confined spaces and harsh environments. The sensor features highly flexible fibers with a minimum bending radius of 1 mm, allowing the cable to conform to machine contours. It has a narrow detection zone with concentric beam sensing heads, which helps eliminate background interference and ensures consistent sensing performance regardless of object direction. Convergent beam sensing heads enable accurate positioning and background suppression, even for shiny objects. The coiled, ultra-flexible cables are ideal for applications involving flexing and reciprocating machinery such as robots. For hard-to-reach areas, sensing heads with bendable stainless steel tubing can maintain complex shapes. Additional features include side-view sensing heads or accessories for space-saving right-angle detection, an IP67 protection rating, a new flat model design for easy installation and space efficiency, and an operation temperature range of -40 to 70°C.
