It can be triggered on either edge of an input pulse and generates an accurate output pulse with a duration determined by external timing components, CX and RX. This device can drive two low-power TTL loads or one low-power Schottky TTL load across a wide temperature range. It features unlimited rise and fall times on the A trigger input, a pulse width range from 10 microseconds to 10 seconds, latched trigger inputs, and can be triggered by positive or negative-going edges on its inputs. The pin configuration is compatible with MC14528B and CD4528B (CD4098). Suitable for industrial applications.
