These resistors are designed to withstand frequent start-stop cycles and are suitable for motor starting, dynamic braking, and other similar applications. Manufactured with corrugated resistive wire and a protective vitreous enamel coating, Corrib resistors offer durability and efficient cooling. They are hollow-core units that can be securely fastened to chassis surfaces. RoHS compliant versions are available by adding an “E” suffix to the part number.
