The InnoSwitch 3-EP off-line CV/CC QR flyback switcher IC features an integrated primary switch, synchronous rectification, and FluxLink feedback, simplifying the design and manufacturing of high-efficiency, compact flyback power converters. This family combines primary and secondary controllers along with safety-rated feedback in a single device. It offers multiple protection features, including line over/undervoltage protection, output overvoltage and overcurrent limiting, and overtemperature shutdown. The IC includes a multi-mode quasi-resonant/constant current mode flyback controller, high-voltage switch, secondary-side sensing, and a synchronous rectification driver. Available with standard and peak power options, it supports auto-restart protection and is suitable for auxiliary, standby, and bias power supplies in appliances, computers, consumer electronics, utility meters, smart grid, and industrial applications.
