The ICL7665SAIPAZ is a super CMOS micropower over-voltage and under-voltage detector featuring two low-power, individually programmable voltage detectors on a single chip. Operating typically at 3μA, this device is ideal for battery-powered systems requiring high or low voltage warnings, settable trip points, fault monitoring, and correction. The trip points and hysteresis of each detector are programmable via external resistors, with an internal bandgap reference providing accurate threshold voltages across a supply range of 1.6V to 16V. It guarantees a maximum quiescent current of 10μA over temperature, features a wider operating voltage range, and offers up to 20mA sinking output current.
